Nell’ambito del programma \u201cLIFE+\u201d del 2010, la Commissione Europea ha selezionato il\u00a0progetto NO.WA (No Waste)<\/strong>, presentato dal Comune di Reggio Emilia insieme al Comune di Trento, Ambiente Italia, Reggio nel Mondo e Coop Consumatori Nordest, finalizzato a due obiettivi principali:<\/p>\n

1) predisporre un piano d\u2019azione per la prevenzione della produzione e per la riduzione dei rifiuti all\u2019interno delle catene di\u00a0grande distribuzione<\/strong>\u00a0commerciale;
\n2) realizzare un\u00a0centro del riuso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il progetto, iniziato nel gennaio 2012 e terminato a dicembre 2014, si \u00e8 sviluppato lungo una serie di fasi di lavoro che si sono svolte in parallelo per la realizzazione dei due obiettivi sopra riportati.<\/p>\n

Relativamente al tema della Grande Distribuzione<\/strong>, il progetto ha seguito le fasi qui sotto elencate cronologicamente:<\/p>\n

1- Raccolta di buone pratiche nazionali e internazionali<\/a>
\n2- Incontri di confronto con gli stakeholder e definizione di una prima ipotesi del Piano<\/a>
\n3- Stesura definitiva del nuovo Piano<\/a>
\n4- Accordi con la Grande Distribuzione locale<\/a>
\n5- Attuazione del Piano e campagna di comunicazione<\/a>
\n6- Monitoraggio del progetto e delle azioni del progetto\u00a0e analisi dei risultati<\/a><\/p>\n

Relativamente al tema del Centro del riuso<\/strong>, il progetto ha seguito le fasi qui sotto elencate cronologicamente:<\/p>\n

1- Analisi di mercato del riuso<\/a>
\n2- Analisi di fattibilit\u00e0 di un centro del riuso<\/a>
\n3- Linee guida centro del riuso<\/a>
\n4- Regolamento di un centro del riuso<\/a><\/p>\n

Whitin 2010 “LIFE +” programme, the European Commission has selected the\u00a0project NO.WA (No Waste)<\/strong>, presented by the Municipality of Reggio Emilia with the Municipality of Trento, Ambiente Italia, Reggio nel Mondo e Coop Consumatori Nordest, aimed at two main objectives:<\/em>
\n 1) draw up an action plan for the prevention of waste production and waste reduction within\u00a0mass retail channels<\/strong>;<\/em>
\n 2) create a\u00a0reuse center<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

The project, which began in January 2012 and ended in December 2014, has developed through a different work phases that took place at the same time in order to realize the two objectives above.<\/em><\/p>\n

About mass retail channels issue<\/strong>, the project has followed the steps chronologically\u00a0listed below:<\/em><\/p>\n

1- Collection of national and international best practices<\/a><\/em>
\n 2- Meetings with stakeholders and definition of a first hypothesis of the Plan<\/a><\/em>
\n 3- Final draft of the new Plan<\/a><\/em>
\n 4- Agreements with local mass retail channels<\/a><\/em>
\n 5- Implementation of the Plan and communication campaign<\/a><\/em>
\n 6- Project and actions monitoring\u00a0and a<\/a><\/em>nalysis of the results<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

About reuse center issue<\/strong>, the project followed the steps\u00a0chronologically listed below:<\/em><\/p>\n
